DRYLAND TRAINING

The ability to adapt to directional changes as quickly as possible while maintaining body control is essential and must be developed through practice.
Designed to work in conjunction with our other Programs or as stand-alone training, the Plyometrics Program involves a variety of footwork drills and special exercises that enhance an athlete’s ability to change directions quickly and explosively.
Our dryland training programs are for nearly every kind of athlete, for nearly every kind of sport: baseball/softball, football, basketball, hockey, volleyball, soccer, track & field, cross country, tennis, golf, and more!
All of the Endure Sports Programs are tailored to fit the individual athlete’s abilities and can be customized. Every participant will receive personalized attention from our professional staff during each workout session.
