PRIME: Monday to Friday, 5:00pm-10:00pm & Weekends, 8:00am-8:00pm
NON-PRIME: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00 & Weekends, After 8:00pm

SKATING LESSONS:

Want personal attention? For the serious athlete or determined beginner, we offer private or semi-private lessons. If you want to create big changes in the shortest amount of time, this is for you.

1-4 Skaters: $180/hr prime, $120/hr non-prime
5-8 Skaters: $220/hr prime, $180/hr non-prime

SHOOTING LESSONS:

Size does matter! Why fire pucks in a cramped room with little to no space for manoeuvrability?

Our shooter pads are the biggest around and offer the most space for all shooting angles. Whether as an individual or with another player, our instructors take the time and emphasize shooting technique; not just firing pucks without feedback. Perfect practice makes perfect shooters!

Private: $50 1/2hr prime, $35 1/2hr non-prime
Semi-Private (2 shooters): $75 1/2hr prime, $60 1/2hr non-prime

SCHOOL PD DAY PROGRAMS:

Full day & Half day programs starting September 2008

Make a day of it at our centre and have a lot of fun. PD Day programs include a circuit use of all the training areas: Main Rink, Shooter Pads, Sportcourt, Skating Treadmill & Dryland area. There's also a meeting room with video/audio equipment.

WEEKLY CLINICS:

Scoring, skating, team tactics and skill development offered weekly to maximize your performance.
